Overview
JLS Technology was formed in 1997 following a management buyout of Unisys in Ireland.
Burroughs and Sperry merged in the 1980's to form Unisys which was subsequently purchased
by JLS.
Background
With over 20 years experience, JLS is established as one of Ireland's leading IT Support
and Maintenance companies. We are committed to providing the highest level of customer service
to satisfy all of our client's requirements.
We can provide up to a 2-Hour On-Site Response, 24x7, in 32 Counties, through our
field engineering team.
Our partners include: Unisys, Dell, Wincor Nixdorf, Microsoft, Nortel Networks, Cisco Systems,
Sureskills, StorageTek and EMC.
Since the MBO from Unisys in Jan 1997, JLS Technology has been the sole service provider for
Unisys on the island of Ireland. All Unisys Global Support Agreements are delivered via JLS
Technology
JLS are happy operating in a multi vendor environment where there is a requirement to assume
overall responsibility for service deliver. We are equipped to support the total IS infrastructure.
Support is delivered by Desktop Services, offering high levels of expertise and the reduced cost
of ownership that results from central support. Desktop Services means, that no matter where the problem,
hardware, application, software or firmware, JLS can and will affect a repair.
